SENATE BILL NO. 9 An Act relating to municipal capital project                 
matching grants for a municipality organized under federal law as an           
Indian reserve; and providing for an effective date was read the               
second time.                                                                   
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final            
passage.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
